David Dwyer

David has extensive web and legacy IT experience with a range of technologies across a range of roles. This covers IT Strategy, IT Architecture, Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Release Management, Implementation, Consultancy, and Business Change/IT Project Management.

David worked across the IT and Project Management functions for Norwich Union, Aviva and RAC Auto Windscreen, delivering projects on a range of scale.

Prior to his MSc, David worked for Scottish Brewers, now Heineken, as a successful Sales Manager for over 7 years.

David’s academic and professional qualifications include a BA (Hons) Business Economics (Personnel), MSc Information Technology (Systems), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and member of British Computer Society.

Martin J Smith

Martin is an expert in web technologies.  He has worked as a web systems consultant and spent a year with PeopleMaps.com, the UK's leading online personality profiling company.

Martin also spent 5 years working in the Application Development Department at Norwich Union, one of the UK's leading insurance companies.

Martin’s first degree at Glasgow University was in Accountancy but it was after completing a Masters in Information Technology that he realised where he wanted to pursue his career.
